Cancellation Policy

48 Hours Cancellation Policy at Junior Green Hair Salon in Kensington, London

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Please note that we require at least 48 hours notice prior to your appointment at our Kensington hair salon. If you are unable to attend your appointment you should contact us as soon as possible to avoid any charges. 

Deposit Policy

We require a £50 deposit for Hair Extensions, Keratin Treatments and Wig Making Services. If we do not receive 48 hours notice of cancellation for these services then we reserve the right to retain your deposit.
